Washing the cat
Our newest member of the family had his first bath a few days ago. The 4 month old male kitten, named Boris, was smelling a bit too gamey for my daughter to put up with when he slept in her bed. Rather than washing him in the bath tub, which is the way she washes her dog, she opted for the kitchen sink. The nice part was that she could use the kitchen faucets which has a wand type handle with an adjustable spray. It made it so much easier for her to clean the cat. Boris, she found out actually liked the bath. I guess his dirty skin was irritating to him and the shampoo helped. He'll smell nice for the next few days at least.
