I was looking for something to make from cloth scraps for my dog. I thought maybe a doggy style quilt. In my search I came across the book above, Fashion Dog: 30 Designs to Knit, Crochet and Sew and thought I would take a closer look at the whole craft set that takes aim at knitting and crocheting for your dog. This is what I found -

When I typed in knit for your dog, the search engine returned this little gem – a knitted dog you can make 

That is from the book Knit Your Own Dog: Easy-to-Follow Patterns for 25 Pedigree Pooches

Next I found at least 5 more knitting books on making dog sweaters. One of which this photo caught my eye

I always took months to knit a project but I might try making a doggy sweater to practice fancy patterns and the project might get done in a week or less.
