Your pets and Halloween

Just like other major celebrations, Halloween is a time to keep your pet safe. Dogs and cats will hide from all the little monsters. Also you will need to keep an eye on Fido to make sure he doesn’t get overly protective of the house that night.

Years ago my daughter decided she wanted to take her Jack Russell with her trick or treating. She even dressed the dog up. Everything went fine until more kids and traffic started showing up. Poor little “Sassy” (the dog) started to get very scared. She was on a leash and was trying to run from everything. I ended up carrying her the rest of the way. Poor little Sassy.
