Adopt a wild animal?

I saw the ad above and it intrigued me. I wondered what it was about. So I clicked on it (so can you) and it took me to their website where you “adopt” your choice of a variety of different types of wildlife. You can Adopt An Endangered Animal & Get A Plush Animal & Certificate!from the National Wildlife Federation. It is almost like sponsoring a child in a foreign land like other organizations do, except with animals.
