Rest in peace dear Sabra

My dear black bay mare passed over the rainbow bridge tonight. She was 19 years old and we had her since she was a yearling. The pinto in the photo was her only offspring, a colt. The vet gave her a pain killer and let her rest before we decided it was best to let her go. Her body was shutting down due to the complications of cushings, which she a developed last year.

Rest in peace my beloved Sabra. We shall meet again one day for those long trail rides we enjoyed together.
