Riding at dusk
The days are getting shorter and sunset is getting earlier. For those of us that own horses that means less time to ride after getting home from school or work. Unless you have a well lit place to ride, riding just after sunset can be hazardous to your health. You can keep your self safe by wearing reflective vests or tape if you ride near roadways. I have even see some inventive riders put led tail lights on their mount. Try to stay safe and still have fun with your horse during the shorter days of the year.
